Design & selections.

Our in-house designer renders your kitchen or bathroom in 3D before we touch a wall. We finalize cabinets, stone, tile, plumbing, lighting, hardware — every meaningful decision — on paper, when changes cost zero.

Your quote.

Permits & prep.

We file with your city, attend inspections, and order long-lead items (cabinets, slabs, fixtures) before demo so the build phase doesn't stall waiting on materials. A deposit is collected at contract signing — amount outlined in your quote.

Build & finish.

Our crew is on your job every day. Daily site clean. Weekly photo updates pushed to your inbox. The lead carpenter is your direct contact — no project manager middleman, no "let me check with the office."

Walk & warranty.

Walk the room together. Build the punch list. We close it within two weeks — no exceptions. Then you get a 1-year workmanship warranty in writing. If something fails, we come fix it on our dime, no quibbling.
