How much does a kitchen remodel actually cost in the Bay Area?
Every kitchen is different — scope, layout, finishes, and existing conditions all move the number. After a free in-home consultation we hand you a detailed quote in writing within 7 days. No allowances, no surprise change orders. Reach out and we'll get specific.
Can I stay in the house during the remodel?
Yes — most clients do. We set up a temporary kitchenette (sink + microwave + induction burner) in another room, dust-tarp the work area, and do a daily site clean. About 60% of our clients stay home, 40% live elsewhere for the cabinet install + finish weeks.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
We file with your city and attend all required inspections. Permitting responsibility varies by project — we outline exactly what is needed in your quote and handle as much of it as possible.
Do you do design, or do I bring my own designer?
We work both ways. If you have a designer, we build to their plans. If you do not, we can recommend trusted local designers we have worked with, or help you make selections ourselves on straightforward projects. Either way, we are flexible.
What's your warranty?
We stand behind our work with a 1-year workmanship warranty on everything our crew touches. If something we built fails within that year, we come back and fix it at no cost to you. Manufacturer warranties on appliances, cabinets, and stone pass through directly to you.
Do you only do kitchens and bathrooms?
Kitchens and bathrooms are our specialty — it's where we do our sharpest work, and where most of our clients come to us. That said, we're happy to take on related projects too. If you've got something in mind, reach out and let's talk.
