A Refresh takes 3–4 weeks of build time on site. A full Renovation runs 4–6 weeks. A Reimagine that involves moving walls is 6–8 weeks. We typically aim to be in-and-out faster than that, but those are the honest brackets we promise against.

Absolutely. We dust-tarp the work area completely, daily-clean common pathways, and only use one bathroom — yours stays available the whole time. If we're remodeling your only bathroom, we'll talk through scheduling around it.

Yes — full Schluter-Kerdi membrane system on every shower we build. Bonded waterproofing on every wall and pan, sloped to drain, pre-formed corners. We do not skip this, ever.

Yes — we build curbless showers in roughly half our projects, often for aging-in-place reasons. They require dropping the subfloor and proper sloping; we handle both.

In a primary bath, almost always yes — the comfort delta is enormous, especially on cold tile floors. We use Schluter Ditra-Heat with programmable thermostats so you can set it to warm up before you wake.
